Taking the first step into therapy can feel intimidating. Here are a few steps to get you started:

• Send me an email and tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re seeking therapy for. Or click on the button at the top and request an appointment.
   

• Once you've made an appointment, you'll receive a (secure and confidential) link so you can complete the required intake paperwork online through the client portal.
   

• Locations: Currently our office for in person sessions is in Scottsdale:
  13951 N Scottsdale Rd Suite 105, Scottsdale AZ 85254. 

• Starting June 1,2026, I'll be moving to a different location at:
  11811 N Tatum Blvd Suite 3031, Phoenix, AZ 85028.

**All sessions are temporarily reserved pending the completion of all new client paperwork. Sessions will be cancelled if paperwork not completed within 24hours of your session time.
