Hi, I’m Stacey K - I’m a board-certified licensed therapist specializing in women’s mental health as well as a certified specialist in ADHD. ​​

I operate from a present-moment, strengths-based wellness-focused perspective. I'm a firm believer that the mind, body, and soul are deeply interconnected and will help you look at all the variables impacting you.

 

I'm passionate about helping women find balance, feel seen and heard, and find a way back to themselves. My approach is through a lens of self-compassion and believe even when we're scared/anxious/worried, we can find strength and resilience. I can help you learn to assert your needs, set boundaries, and clarify your values so you can experience more joy in life.

 

If you're struggling with depression, burnout, anxiety, stress, people-pleasing, grief, life transitions, adulting, ADHD, parenting, navigating relationships or just need a place to vent, I'm here for you. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for all of Arizona. I'm also a clinical supervisor for therapists seeking licensure.​​​​​​
