STACEY KRUEGER, LPC
Hi, I’m Stacey K - I’m a board-certified licensed therapist in Phoenix, Arizona specializing in women’s mental health.

I operate from a present-moment, strengths-based wellness-focused perspective. I'm a firm believer that the mind, body, and soul are deeply interconnected and will help you look at all the variables impacting you and your environment.
I'm passionate about helping women find balance, feel seen and heard, and find a way back to themselves. My approach is through a lens of self-compassion and believe even when we're scared/anxious/worried, we can find strength and resilience. I will help you learn to assert your needs, set boundaries, and clarify your values so you can experience more joy in life.
I specialize in overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, stress, shame, people-pleasing, grief, life transitions, sadness, parenting, and navigating relationships. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for all of Arizona.
