Hi, I'm Lorelei. I’m a licensed therapist, a certified relationship coach, and trauma trained EMDR specialist. I love working with adults and couples and can help with pre-marital, divorce, and marriage counseling as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, parenting challenges, self-doubt, and family conflict. I know by the time you come to therapy you've been struggling for awhile on your own. I’m an expert listener and will do my best to help you feel seen and heard – you deserve to live the life you were meant to.

In my work with couples, I take into account our current culture, the differences between men's and women's needs and communication styles, and the numerous mine fields of misunderstanding out there. Unhealthy or negative relationship patterns can be shifted and changed. Sometimes relationships just need repair and strengthening. Whether just beginning, staying in a relationship, or ending one, my goal is that both parties are left feeling understood and are treated with dignity.

I also have advanced training in EMDR which is an empirically validated therapy model for working with trauma and PTSD.
