Hi, I'm Stacey K. - a licensed/board-certified therapist in Phoenix, AZ and the owner of Stacey K Therapy - an Arizona-based psychotherapy practice offering in-person and video therapy to all residents of Arizona.

My team here at Stacey K Therapy is comprised of exceptional women dedicated to providing a compassionate space where you can unpack, process, learn tools, and heal. We offer options for individual or couples counseling and are trained in evidenced-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, and ACT. Our lived experience, education, and clinical training allow us to guide and support you in your journey to discover new ways of being that can be empowering and life changing.

Individual Therapy
 

We all need support at times. Having a space for yourself where you can unpack, process, learn tools, and feel seen and understood can be life changing. We take a holistic approach to therapy which means we consider not just mental and emotional health but also social, physical, nutritional, and even spiritual health in whatever ways that applies to you and your goals.

Couples Counseling
 

The value of couples therapy is that it gives couples a safe space to feel heard, validated and understood. It's also a place to learn how to shift or break out of unhealthy or negative relationship patterns. Whether just beginning, staying in a relationship, or ending one, our goal is that both parties are left with a deeper understanding of trust, intimacy, attachment, and repair.
