After we've determined if we're a good fit, I'll send you a (secure and confidential) link so you can complete the required intake paperwork, which will include a holistic mental health assessment.
During our first appointment you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, tell me about yourself, and discuss further the issues you’re struggling with.
**All sessions are temporarily reserved pending the completion of all new client paperwork. Sessions will be cancelled if paperwork not completed within 24hours of your session time.
My office is on the 3rd floor. If you enter from the north parking lot, the elevators will be on the right and once on the 3rd floor, the office suite is on the left (Ste 3031). Just let the receptionist know you're there for an appointment with me and she will notify me!
